Playful Promises is one of the few brands I get truly excited when their delivery arrives. I know everything's going to fit and the designs are brilliant. I usually buy all my fun and lacey underwear from them. Thought I'd try out the every day undies this time, as they are made from recycled bottles and I strongly believe companies should be doing anything they can to recycle. Again the set fits perfectly and is so comfy! Couldn't help but buy the tattoo inspired Teddy too cause it's just to cute.

I love this shop, variety of styles, sizes etc, consistent sizing which is so important, quick delivery. Overall, I'm a far-too-regular customer!!

Impossible to cancel order/contact you all in reasonable timeframe. I had ordered a bra and panty set over Labor Day weekend and tried to pay but you don’t accept discover so I waited until the next morning ti get the number from my other card, visa. I completed the order and the price had significantly changed/increased. I tried to cancel the order - the only method I could See on your website was to send email but I got no response. I sent
Another email and received response saying cancellation not possible.

Ordered 2 sets for my wife, one part of the order had sold out before the order despatched and received an update from Jasmine who helpfully sent a free delivery code which meant I could order something else to match the rest of the order but not pay extra delivery, which was really helpful and meant a birthday gift was complete

Love this gorgeous underwear - makes me feel so wonderful - and caters for my bra size too! Swift delivery, no issues, love, love, love! Think it's my new addiction!

My order was delivered quickly! There was a small amount of damage on one of the bras so I emailed with pictures and within 24 hours Playful Promises had posted me a replacement. Definitely the best service I've had with an online store. Thank you so much for the beautiful products!

Re: They have completely rectified the issue. A very kind woman helped me with my issue. I understand that during the sale it must be hard for her as the only person to secure the emails. My apologies for the hasty review.

Having a lot of trouble getting my order. I ordered about a week and a half ago. Inquired when I didn’t receive tracking information. They replied a few days later stating it was due to one of the items being out of stock. I replied saying the replacement should be fine. I haven’t heard back since and it been a good few days. Everyone has been nice but it is frustrating given the amount of money I’m spending. I would still love to get my order. I wish they had a customer service phone number.
